Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 The theme of this years Mental Health Awareness Week is Community. At the heart of any sports team, group, game, session- is just that. Sport unites us, it brings people together, creates social connections, prevents social isolation, and can, ultimately change lives. It's what we do. This week, as we do every week, we want to champion those communities, encourage physical activity for better mental health, and continue to further break down barriers in accessing sport. Below are some ways to get involved, along with resources you can use within your own communities to raise awareness of the work we do, and the importance of being active for our physical, as well as mental health Statistics and testimonials available here for you to use- please reference us @sportinmind We also want to share something very exciting... our brand new video that really shows the power of sport on our mental health.
