Tai Chi in Brent

This is a free, weekly Tai Chi session delivered every Tuesday from 3 pm to 4 pm at Brent Hubs Kilburn Hornbill House, 2 Rudolph Road, London, NW6 5GG, with Daniele. 

This session is open to all abilities (even if you have never tried it before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!

• There is no parking on site
• The nearest bus station is approximately 2-minute walk away
• The nearest train station is Kilburn High Road, approximately a 10-minute walk
• The nearest Underground station is Kilburn Park, approximately a 6-minute walk
• Please wear comfortable clothing
• Meeting point - Enter through the front door and Daniele will be there to meet you
