Pickleball in Southampton

This is a free, taster Pickleball session on Wednesday 8th July 2026 at 12pm to 1pm in the Sports Hall at Jubilee Sports Centre, Southampton, with Kirsty.

Join us to celebrate Southampton Mental Health Friendly Day, promoting social connection and mental wellbeing across the city.

This session is open to all abilities (even if you have never tried it before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!

Useful Information:

• In the Sports Hall on lower ground floor, enter reception and meet us (we're wearing a Sport in Mind t-shirt) and we'll direct you!
• You can wear any comfortable clothing, whatever that means for you! 
• All equipment is provided 
• Limited parking is available in The University Short Stay Car Park, charges will apply please check signage, which can be found on the campus map next to building 1 (opposite Salisbury Road) or you may find a space on Welbeck Avenue or Church Lane which offer 2 hours free street parking
• Nearest bus stops are Jubilee Sports Hall or a short walk away at Highfield Interchange
