Stretch and Relax in Farnborough

This is a free, weekly stretch and relax session every Wednesday 1.15pm - 2.15pm at LoveYour.Studio with Marcio. 

This session is open to all abilities (even if you have never tried it before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!

Useful Information: 

• The meeting point is the studio located within Kingsmead shopping centre
• The nearest bus stop is right outside the centre next to the carpark
• Multiple paid parking is available nearby at Queensmead and Westmead
• All equipment is provided
• Wear something comfortable, whatever that means for you!
