100km Your Way Have you got what it takes to move 100km in 10 days? To mark world mental health day on October 10th, Sport in Mind are challenging YOU to cover the epic distance- YOUR way- to support Sport in Mind in tackling the mental health crisis. To date, Sport in Mind has supported over 32,000 children and adults to improve their mental health through our innovative sports and physical activity programmes. We are so proud of everything we have achieved so far, but we know there is a long way to go. There are currently 5.2 million people being referred to mental health services, with 8% of all children needing mental health support. These statistics are heartbreaking, but with your support, we can continue to tackle the mental health crisis head on. Our target is to raise £100,000 to support people suffering with their mental health - tackling the mental health crisis head on through our sport and physical activity programmes.
